1. General Provisions

2.3 Updating Account Information

If any of your personal details change, update them immediately through your account settings or notify the support team. cd33 will not be responsible for any issues arising from failure to update your information.

3. Age and Eligibility Requirements

All cd33 services are available only to persons aged 21 or above. Use of this platform by minors is strictly prohibited. By registering, you declare that you are not under 21 years of age.

cd33 may request age verification at any time. If it is found that a user created an account while under 21, that account will be closed immediately and all deposits and winnings may be forfeited.

• The user must be a lawful citizen or resident of Bangladesh.
• Users from areas where online gaming is legally prohibited are not eligible to use the service.
• You must operate the account on your own behalf — operating an account for someone else or as a representative is prohibited.

4. Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your account login details (username and password) completely confidential. Under no circumstances should this information be shared with any third party.

All activity carried out from your account will be treated as your own activity, unless you have already notified cd33 of unauthorised access. If you notice any suspicious activity, contact the cd33 support team immediately.

• Use a strong password and change it regularly.
• End your session after logging in from a public or shared device.
• Selling, transferring, or renting your account to a third party is prohibited.

5. Deposits and Withdrawals

All financial transactions on cd33 are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). Accepted payment methods for deposits and withdrawals are: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and bank transfer (including Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major commercial banks).

5.1 Deposit Terms

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳300 (for all methods).
• Deposits must be made only from a payment method registered in your own name.
• Depositing through a third party or from someone else's account is strictly prohibited.

5.2 Withdrawal Terms

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳1,000.
• Withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes.
• Account verification may be required to complete a withdrawal request.
• Withdrawals are preferably processed via the same method used for the deposit.

5.3 Suspicious Transactions

cd33 reserves the right to review any suspicious financial activity. If money laundering or fraudulent activity is suspected, account funds may be temporarily frozen and the relevant authorities may be notified.

6. Bonuses and Promotions

cd33 offers various bonuses and promotional offers from time to time. Each offer has its own terms, which must be read before claiming. By accepting a bonus, you are considered to have automatically agreed to the associated terms.

6.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳20,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. Example: depositing ৳1,000 adds a ৳1,000 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,000; a wager of ৳1,000 × 25 = ৳25,000 must be completed for this bonus.

6.2 General Bonus Terms

• Bonus funds are not cash — they cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
• If a bonus is claimed through fraudulent means, the bonus and any associated winnings will be cancelled.
• Another bonus cannot be claimed while one is active, unless the promotion explicitly allows it.
• VIP weekly cashback is calculated on the net loss for the week and paid at a rate according to tier.

7. Betting Rules

All bets placed on cd33 are final and cannot be changed or cancelled after confirmation, unless cd33 itself cancels a bet under special circumstances.

7.1 Bet Cancellation Circumstances

cd33 may cancel a bet in any of the following circumstances:

• The event or match is cancelled or postponed.
• Incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
• Evidence of match-fixing or corrupt activity is found in sports betting.
• It is proven that the outcome of the match was already determined at the time the bet was accepted.

7.2 Odds Changes

The odds applicable at the moment a bet is confirmed are fixed. Changes in odds after a bet is accepted will not affect that bet. In live betting, if odds change due to internet delay, cd33 reserves the right to accept or cancel the bet at the revised odds.

7.3 Maximum Winnings Limit

cd33 may set maximum payout limits for different events and bet types. These limits will be published on the relevant page or in the promotion.

8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the cd33 platform. Violating these rules may result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds:

• Operating multiple accounts or creating an account on behalf of another person.
• Bonus abuse — coordinated betting, arbitrage, or strategies to circumvent bonus terms.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Any attempt to disrupt cd33's servers or systems.
• Registering with a false identity or using another person's identity.
• Using fraudulent payment methods or making chargeback claims.
• Collusion or coordinated fraud against other users.

9. Limitation of Liability

cd33 always strives to maintain the quality of its service. However, cd33 will not be liable in the following circumstances:

• A bet or game is interrupted due to loss of internet connection.
• Delays caused by failure of third-party software or payment systems.
• The user's own negligence or disclosure of account details to an unauthorised person.
• Unforeseen technical failures, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.

cd33 is not obliged to provide financial compensation or alternative service for losses arising from the above circumstances. However, cd33 will endeavour to resolve user complaints as quickly as possible.

10. Privacy Policy

11. Account Suspension and Closure

cd33 may temporarily suspend or permanently close an account without notice in the following circumstances:

• Violation of any clause of these terms.
• Evidence or suspicion of involvement in prohibited activities.
• Failure to provide documents requested for account verification within the specified time.
• Prolonged inactivity (the relevant period is treated as an applicable condition).

11.1 Voluntary Account Closure

You may request to close your account at any time through cd33 support. It is recommended that you settle all active bets and withdraw any available balance before closing your account. 12. Terms Amendments and Updates
